Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) — EU/EEA customers

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU and EEA customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the product. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Return conditions:

• The nail dust extractor must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories (HEPA filter, cable, manual, CE documentation).

• Replacement HEPA filters cannot be returned once opened (personal hygiene product).

• Products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
